Being active is important for people with bleeding disorders, it improves cardiovascular and bone health, as well as lowers the risk of spontaneous joint bleeds. It’s also important to choose an activity that works best for you, and your bleeding disorder.
Currently, you might find it harder to get the exercise you want because your gym is closed, your children are home from school, or because your social distancing. Below are some ideas and resources so you can exercise safely!
