A Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) is a facility for the treatment of bleeding disorders that receives funding specifically for treating patients with bleeding disorders from federal government sources such as
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
